What is this page for?
This is not a normal product. It is a custom payment / top-up page for Windsor Tech orders that are above the RM2,000 online payment limit.
When should I use this?

When our customer service team has given you a quotation or Order ID and asked you to pay using “Custom Payment / Order Top-Up”.

When the total price of your item (for example, an iPhone or MacBook) is more than RM2,000 and you need to pay in several online transactions.
How it works

Enter the amount you want to pay in “Price (RM)” (maximum RM2,000 per transaction).

Click Add to cart and complete checkout.

Repeat the process and make additional payments until the total amount paid equals your agreed order amount.

We will verify all payments and then process your order / arrange delivery.
Important notes

No physical item is shipped with this “product” itself – it is only a payment channel linked to your order.

Always include your Order ID or quotation number in the checkout notes so we can match your payment.

This custom payment method is only for customers paying via UnionPay or Touch ’n Go. If you are using other payment methods (e.g. FPX / online banking / bank transfer), please follow the normal checkout or payment instructions provided by our team.

Your order will only be processed after the full amount has been received and verified.
