1. Pricing and Payment
1.1. Prices listed on our website are final and non-negotiable. However, special rates are available for corporations subject to quantity purchase.
1.2. Payment must be made using the available payment methods as listed below. Proof of payment must be uploaded within 24 hours from the time of order. Failure to do so may result in order cancellation.

1.3. All sale items, discounts, and items with extra free gifts are valid for payment via cash, online transfer, debit card, credit card (one-time swipe), charge cards such as AMEX, and eWallets like GrabPay (excluding Grab PayLater), Boost, and Touch & Go. Payment for these items must be made immediately after the order is placed.
2. Shipping and Delivery
2.1. Orders placed and paid for before 4:00 PM on Monday-Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed on the same day. However, shipping will occur within 3-5 working days, as we must first receive the payment settlement from our payment processor before dispatching the order.
For out-of-stock items, we will attempt to ship within 5-7 working days. If shipping is not possible within this time frame, a refund or replacement option will be offered on the eighth working day.
2.2. We ship within Malaysia only. Free shipping is available for selected products.
3. Returns and Refunds
3.1. Goods sold are not returnable. If a return is insisted upon within 7 days from the date of purchase, a restocking fee of 35% or more will be charged, subject to verification by our technician and sales representatives.
3.2. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method. Refunds for GrabPay transactions will be processed within 14 working days, while bank transfer refunds will depend on the bank’s policy. We disclaim liability for any delays caused by financial institutions.
3.3. If a pre-order is not collected within 90 days, a final reminder will be given, followed by an additional 30 days for collection. Failure to collect within this timeframe will result in the forfeiture of the pre-order and deposit.
4. Warranty and Repairs
4.1. We offer a standard 1-year warranty for all Apple products. The warranty period for other brands like Oppo, Huawei, Honor, Samsung, Xiaomi, and OnePlus varies and can be found on the product pages.
4.2. The following are not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty:
4.3. WindsorTech will assist in sending the product to the authorized service center for warranty claims. Any negotiations regarding the warranty are between the device owner and the service center.
4.4. Customers must cover shipping costs for returning broken or faulty items, cancellation of services, or invalidated warranty claims. For valid warranty claims, WindsorTech will bear the cost of returning the device to the customer.
5. Stock Availability
5.1. Stock availability cannot be guaranteed due to the movement of inventory from walk-in sales and delivery orders. Same-day reservations without deposit are available. Please call our hotline for reservations.
6. Order and Payment Verification
6.1. We reserve the right to withhold payment and lodge a police report if a transaction appears fraudulent, such as payment made by a third party not the buyer or recipient.
6.2. Payments must be verified before order processing. If an item is not in stock, we will attempt to post it again the next day. If still unavailable, a replacement or refund will be offered subject to customer agreement.
7. Order Processing and Delivery Stages
7.1. Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation with the details of your purchase and the estimated delivery date.
7.2. Order Preparation: Our team carefully picks and packs your products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Your order is then labeled and prepared for shipment.
7.3. Courier Pickup: We have partnered with reputable courier services such as GDEX and DHL. Once your order is ready, our courier partner will pick it up from our warehouse.
7.4. Tracking and Updates: You will receive a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery in real-time. We also send automatic updates via email and SMS at key stages:

8.1. Orders cannot be cancelled or changed once confirmed. Customers are advised to review their order carefully before payment.
8.2. If a customer cancels an order or requests a refund for personal reasons, an administrative fee of RM20 will be deducted from the refund amount. Refunds will take approximately 5 working days to process, with credit card refunds taking 10-14 days.

9.1. To avoid shipping delays, please communicate with only one sales representative or mode of contact per order.

10.1. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. In cases of system errors or inaccuracies, we reserve the right to cancel orders and refund payments.
10.2. We do not accept payments via PayPal, local cheques, or international TT. We are not responsible for payments made through these methods.
