At this juncture, our delivery service is extended to Malaysia only. Please note that we do not accept delivery to a P.O. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method, with a timeline of 14 working days for GrabPay transactions. For refunds via bank transfer, the timeline will be subject to the bank’s refund policy. WindsorTech disclaims liability for any loss, damage, cost, or expense incurred due to delays in the financial institution’s refund processing.
